Have you considered pumping for the night feeds… that way atleast on the weekends the husband can take a feed or two so you can rest…

I use to pump, and on weekdays my husband would take the 11:00 pm and the 7:00 am feeds so I could rest and then on the weekend he would take the one in the middle of the night as well…

I did use to pump when he was 2 months old so hubby could feed him during the night but he refused to take the bottle eventhough it was breastmilk…hubby gave up easily when he screamed so we went back to breastfeeding during night time as well.

I dont mind feeding him. Its just that all the other 5 months old babies I know of - they are all sleeping through the night and only waking up once for milk while mine wakes me up 5 times a night EVERY night which is exhausting me extremly. It also effects my energy level during the day so I am not able to keep up socially. dont even have the capacity to call anyone..milna to door ki baat hai..quiet much loneliness as a result of this!!
