Why do they come out?
We have conspiracy theory and theorists even for Lunar landings.(because of these I used to doubt the Lunar landings were real,till recently.The way these conspiracy theorists,O.K let me call them conspirators, present the stuffs ,make people confused ). But why do we have these people for each and everything happening in this world?

Like in India, conspiracy theorists blame each and every bad thing happening in India to ISI.

There's always two sides to a coin and, if something isn't a proven fact, people will and should consider all aspects.
