Most people could be fit in either of the two catagories in terms of “nature” of our actions.
Some people either eat too much or are on a diet, while others eat regularly within certain limits.
Some people do a bit of excercise everyday while others either do not do at all or suddenly put alot of stress on themselves in a single day.
Similarly in terms of other actions like religious practice, studies, discipline, sleeping, swing of mood , internet use and in alot of other actions we might fit ourselves in either of the two catagories.
Overall, do you find yourself a consistent performer or an extreme ?
Which parts would you like to improve and where do you think you are right !! to be consistent or an extreme performer ?
I am a bit extreme in studies, as during exams I am not aware of what is happening around me and during other days I do relax a bit more than I can afford to, but by the grace of Allah there is one action in which Allah blessed me with consistency is in terms of following the basics of my beliefs.
