I think you missed the point, I did’t not say " getting married is somehow bad".

Marrying a non-Muslim is not happily permitted in our religion, that makes it “bad”, on the other hand dating is pavement to illicit relationship which is , of course, is bad also.

You are only comparing the evils and opting for a lesser one.
