Yes, other countries have allowed prisoners to have conjugal visits for years. The laws vary from country to country…state to state. The countries that make up the UK and northern Ireland (I think you said you were from Ireland) don’t allow conjugal visits.
Usually a separate room along with sanitation items and contraception is provided. In the US, the inmates are checked for STDs. Hopefully, the Sindh Government will also provide privacy and exercise precaution. Also, in some countries conjugal visits are considered a “privilege” that has to be earned by the prisoner and can be revoked.
