Despite the hype, even Ashwin is in okish category as a spinner. I rate Hafeez as a better ODI spinner than him. Generally keeps it tight even when he is not taking wickets.
India’s batting may still help them win the last ODI but they need to learn from Pakistan who regularly play 4 specialist bowlers (Junaid, Irfan, Gul and Ajmal), 1 genuine ODI all-rounder (Hafeez) and a part-time spinner (Malik)
