For example, I send a customized avatar request. And after coupla months Im bored with it or something. Would I have an option to change it?
you may change it. But frequent changers aren't appreciated. Both the definition of 'frequent' and the consequence of changing frequently are dependent on the mood of the Admin that day .

Another question please, what if my avatar is more than 32x32 pixels? How can I make it smaller? Is there a way or do I have to choose one which is smaller originally?
