Confusion, Beauty and Islam

When females go for hair style cutting, they just do that so they look good and improve their looks, same with eyebrows making, waxing. All this is done with intention of looking good but all this is said to be wrong :frowning: and we will be punished. But Allah loves beauty???

SE, Allah SWT created man in the best of stature. Why one needed to through these all and for what purpose?

Re: Confusion, Beauty and Islam

Alhamdulillah islam gives you the freedom to look good.
Eye brow making is allowed only if ur hair are to dark and thick or they have connected with each other. So as wax u are allowed to remove ur hair from ur face when it look weird for example if a women has hair on her face that she has resamblance of a man she is allowed to this but instructed to remove those hair. But if someone is doing this for other reason than its forbided

Re: Confusion, Beauty and Islam

In different fields of life we are really smart (careful), always discussing the do's and don'ts with an authentic expert (whom we also pay heavily) before taking any step, providing them data related to us so that the expert might give us the best advice best suited to our situation, keeping all aspects in mind.

Why not in case of Deen as well, where the expert is available to us 24/7 & doesn't even charge us no matter how lengthy is our call....

Such matters (like the one you asked) have a lot of do's and don'ts depending upon the conditions/ situations/ data that vary from individual to individual. You would rarely find a general complete answer online that can cover all cases comprehensively.

Even if I make a mistake after consulting an Aalim, I wouldn't be held answerable for that. But if I do it right (by chance) without consulting an Aalim, I might be questioned for not trying to know my step in the light of Quran & Hadith.

Re: Confusion, Beauty and Islam

If they are doing this to show to Na Meharm Men than they are doing one form of Zina but if they are doing it to show to their husbands than that is right

Re: Confusion, Beauty and Islam

ok saw that but this is where the confusion starts, its is said God is beautiful and he loves beauty,

and all the eyebrows, hair cutting is all done for beauty, and this makes me confuse

Re: Confusion, Beauty and Islam

Threading and waxing eyebrows and facial hair is a fashion statement and not really the type of beauty mentioned in the tradition/hadith you posted.

Do it if you have too many hair and if it makes you feel beautiful but I don't think we should be using hadith/Quran for removing facial hair justifiable when it's not really encouraged in Islam.
