Im struggling to understand why a member such as Stoppits has been given an indefinate ban for something she has very clearly not done, she did not type ‘hateful comments’. Had she have used crude language and had personally typed something vile and horrid, I wouldnt be confused.
Many posters, after the need to ‘discuss’ come to GS for help and I don’t think there is anyone here on GS who is as helpful as Stoppits. In every single forum, Life 2 especially, all she does is offer adivce and help people. She has never been rude about offering her support. Yes, she tells it like it is, but so do many others, others who are just here to troll.
I seriously cannit understand why she has been given an indefinate ban.

I've only been a member since 2004, so correct me if im wrong, but iv never seen of or heard of a member been given a indefinate banning over a small matter of 'liking' a comment.
Harsh punishments due to whimsical outbusrts of anger doesnt qualify as a good enough reason for this.
Do you take personal responsibility that she wont be supportive to any hate mongers in the future?
We dont mind criticism, but that needs to be constructive criticism. Doing yes yes with people whose sole purpose is to post hateful and derogatory comments is insulting. If she does not like GS adminship, then she should not come to GS, as simple as that.

Not everyone has to 'like' everyone here, that's not the point of the interwebs. I've never had a postitive interaction with BBQ, from the onset, does that mean under her rule I have to leave, cos I dont get on with her or interact with her, or im not her, as kummi put it 'lacky'?

If someone post a comment that Milly is an arse licker and openly insult you, I will ban that person too. Director is a member and deserves the same respect that you do. When Shak challenged CM, Stoppit made a sarcastic comment. That is endorsing the comment that was rude to begin with.
and yes I agree with you that because of fault of my own, CM and Jaanwar likes were given too much of freedom. I should've ban them long time ago.
Again, instead of unnecessary argument, if you give me your personal guarantee that stoppit will not be part of such threads/blogs in the future, i will unban her.
What? I do not control Stoppits, I dont control anyone, I shouldnt have to give a 'personal guarantee'. Her banning was uncalled for considering all she did was 'like 'a comment. How did she actively support someone to say something insulting with a 'like'. Ridiculous.
Iv had mods personally insult my family members, nothing got done about that. You know that. So dont tell me you will 'ban that person too'

It's such a pity that you can't see how valuable Stoppits is as a member, much more so than CM and you tarred her with the same brush due to your anger. All CM does is provide entertainment.
As management you are supposed to see everything from all sides.

Yes, sorry I cant see how valuable stoppit is when stoppit agrees with the people who hate the people who are working for this website day and night to make it a good place for all. From my perspective, she adds zero value. People who think that she is valuable can contact her through MSN or Facebook.

I respect your comment &Passionate but I dont mind criticism. Feedback forum is full of criticism, and wrong or right, we never banned or even warned anyone for that. But do you know why CM opened that blog? Its because a mod warned him for using distasteful language in one of the thread. Instead of acting like a man and admitting his fault, he went and opened a blog about it. That was amazingly immature of him
He instigated a hateful environment, Jaawnar participated with more hateful comments, and Stoppit supported them. To me, all are violators.
I am unhappy about this situation as much as many of you are. Its not everyday we ban known members and that also 3 in one go. But I expect same respect for us from you, as you expect from us.
