I have bought an “arm and hammer” baking soda and opened it. But i just saw that it says “change every 30 days”. Ye kia baat hui…its a big pack, i mean how can i finish it in a month with a family of 2? Is it really compulsory to discard it after 30 days?

You must have bought the fridge-freezer box,the odor absorbing stuff...because that is the one which says to replace it every 30 days.It has to be that box because you cant be consuming baking soda on a daily basis to go through a box in a month..!

baking soda can go off pretty quickly- you can still use it but it might affect your baking, etc. if its no longer fresh.
