just dont change ur watch time and take it at the same time the next day. simple. then change it when u get there and take it at the same time every day. if u skip a day its no big deal anyways just take 2 the next day. if u miss more than that thats when theres a problem. but ur flight cant be that long. ull be fine...i did the same thing when i went abroad and had no problems.
