I hope this is the right place to post this, its a question regarding the Pill. I'm going aborad next week and my dr was trying to figiure out for me what time i should take it there. i take it here each evening and and my flight will land abroad in the morning around 8am, she told me to take it at this time, but in gmt time, it'll be 4am here which means about 8 hours will have passed since i last took it! And as there are 24 hours between each pill, her advice of taking it at 8am abroad time doesnt make much sense to me. Agh i hope this actually makes sense cos its got me v.confused. i'd really appreciate some help on this from anyone who knows about the pill!
Continue to take it at the same time you take at your current place in the plane as well. Still continue to take one more pill at the same time (as per your old location) once you arrive in your new location. After the first pill take the next pill in the evening in the new location and continue to do so. It will be less than 24 hrs between 2 pills.
