Earlier when I lost weight (I was in my late teens) one of the first places that the weight loss was noticeable was the bust…at that time I had lost weight by brisk walking (on pavement) and controlling my diet. I also did take some herbal anti fat pills…
This time around I am trying to lose weight and working out on the treadmill… .. I do jogging and walking.. (1 min jogging, 2 min walking) for about 20-25 mins… but this time around I have noticed that the waist is getting shapelier… the calf area is slimming down but the bust is still the same and also the upper legs…
Whats going on… what can I do to lose weight quicker from the upper body… I haven’t incorporated strength training yet… I would like to get rid of the flab before working on muscle definition.
