these tests are pretty accurate in determining the hormonal surge just prior to ovuation. that in no way means that there is a healthy egg, that there is a clear path for sperm to get to the egg or that the sperms are healthy enough to get there. Theres also like an 80 percent chance that if everything is great, there will NOT be a fertilization. So...the odds are against. Creation of life is truly a miracle, something I came to appreciate even more after dealing with infertility myself and then working in that field for 3 year.
If you are worried you should make an appt with a fertility doc. These appts usually are booked about 4 to 6 months in advance. So for peace of mind, why not book one and if inshallah, things work out before the appt, you can ceremoniously cancel it.
