do u have to wear yellow/green on ur mehndi or can u wear any bright vibrant color? m really confused coz i cant find anything nice in yellow/ green and i hav very little time

what is the colour of your baraat and walima dress....if your baraat dress is red than dont wear red on mehindi....

You can wear any colour that you want to! Red would look really awe-inspiring and unexpected!

I find yellow or green mendhi suits really dreary for a mendhi now...unless someone makes the look really eye-catching and unusual! Go for different colours which others wouldn't expect.

I wore yellow with rust and red accents/borders.

I think the following colors look nice on mehndis: yellow, green, orange, teal, turqoise, coral, etc.

I think a hint of green looks good on mehndi as it ties in with the event, but you can use any colour and use it as an accent.

My outfit was burnt orange, cream and olive green. My cousin wore shocking pink, bottle green, cream and bright yellow.

So I think you can pretty much rock anything.

My wedding dress was also red and walima dress in peach. I wore green churidaar with yellow kameez on my mehendi...I had a dupatta with green, yellow and orange..It was really simple and looked very nice...
I always loved the colour combination olive green with ferozi for my mehendi...Just like the girl in the film Lucky.....But ended up with the traditional colours....
