I think its chicken with ranch dressing...n Ranch dressing is a condiment made of buttermilk or sour cream, mayonnaise, minced green onion, garlic powder, and other seasonings mixed into a sauce.

**i think it means:

chicken ranch = home grown [desi murGha] chicken with well buit muscles that are tastier.
normal chicken = broilers

we used to have them back home...we all LOVED desi murGha...and desi anDa [kinda brown eggs]**

Yeah that what I think cuz in halal store guy said we sell them here and he says it's ranch chicken I was confused about it shayed woh desi murgha na hoo we like desi murgha too. it's mean we can have desi murgha in US too wow Thanks for replay.
