I need some info on different approaches towards resolution of the following from project management perspective.
Political Conflict,
Personnel Conflict,
Requirements Conflict

Seriously though, Political conflicts don't exist where I work.
Personal Conflicts do come up all the time but are easily resolved via open communication. Tell the person in question that you are willing to listen to his/her ideas.
There are usually more conflicts how you propose your options in meeting those requirements. If there are conflicts in gathering the requirments, they only way to resolve them is through more requirment gathering session.
www.islamist.org has some good work by Rafeek Beekun on Conflict Management in an Islamic framework. I think some of the publications there are for sale. Let me know if you can't access them, if not just email me.
