CONfidence

If u liked Ocean’s Eleven, then you are gonna like this one too. Though the movie touts Dustin Hoffman, but make no mistake; this is an Edward Burns movie all the way through. Even Garcia has almost only a cameo. Burns looks a lot like Ben Affleck and even talks like him. Very cool acting. Rachel Weisz looks appropriately pretty and cool.

The movie is about a con. Though its not as slick a con as Ocean’s Eleven, but there are enough twists and turns in the movie to keep you guessing who is doing what.

Some nudity and approximately 125 instances (give or take a few) when characters say variances of F**k. Definitely not the sort of movie for the weak-hearted or those who take offence.

The direction is slick. James Foley has made good use of instant flash-backs to show how things were happening. Scenes rapidly cut into each other, and it is a very fast-paced movie.

Awesome Movie. Amazing direction. My friends loved it to an extent that they blindingly rejected my opinion about the movie. I still think the movie “confidence” is inspired by the Oceans Eleven. Hoffman was hilarious but Pris I mean faisal is right Edward byrns all the way. Of course who can forget the dark hair chick. I don’t remember her name but she also starred in Mummy sequels. Ah she is so beautiful.

Only if the movie came out before Oceans Eleven I would have given full rating but that is not the case.

Rating:8/10

What do you think, should we do this huge favor to our fellow guppies by revealing them all the twist and turns of the movie?. Desi hein samajh mein kahan ayegii in logoun ko
