So how many of you are comfortable eating in a lash pash fieve ishtar hootal
I cant get the hang of the churri kaanta (knife and Fork) routine and always end up making a complete fool of myself
If it is a really really important dinner or something, I end up loading my plate with salad and stuff and just drink water on top of it, because I cant handle the variety of food with the knife and fork I dont know …
Damn why cant they serve proper tandoori rooti and nihari at those dinners so that we can eat freely and dont give a rat’s backside if our fingers dip into the salan -it is so much fun licking your fingers when eating paiey and nihari

just eat however you feel comfortable and however you normally eat. why should you change the way you eat depending on the place you're at. I dont care if its a 5 star hotel or a 0 star....id still behave the same in both places:)

khair its not tht hard to eat with a fork & a knife...............i find eating with those sticks(the chinese thingy)......hard............. magar things tht should be eaten with a spoon should be done so..... otherwise use hands................

I’ve been to different restaurants and I am okay with it. Although I don’t really know which fork is for what purpose As a matter of fact, I had my job’s 3rd level interview with my boss over at lunch. You can imagine how tense that would be and how much I had to be careful so I don’t get too much into food while answering the questions or just keep answering the questions and not eat at all :halo:

Madam, there are ettiquette schools which you can use. I have been to one quite late actually, but I sent my daughters when they were 5-6 years old. After a while it just becomes second nature.
But Pakistani khane to haath say he khane ka maza atta hai.
