Coming from Pakistan , it was nothing new to me , we already knew all that happens and nobody can do anything about it. We know how we get loans and then the loans have conditions that contracts will be awarded to the firms from the country where the loan was coming from. Then there are stories about leaders how they receive bribes to make sure that contracts for supplying material or machinery is awarded to those who pays the highest bribe.
