An underactive thyroid can cause memory and concentration issues.
Yes I know pretty much about hypothyroidism. But without knowing where the person is coming from or their circumstances, calling them hypothyroid isnt very nice you know .

Lets see if you truly have a concentration issue: Respond in yes or no to the following:
Have you been reading RV's posts?
Have you been able to get the gist of her posts?
Do you read her second posts in the same threads, which generally reiterates the points of her first post, without batting an eyelash?
Have you patiently read the reponses to her posts word by word by other ladies with a shared love for verbosity?
If you answered yes to anyone of the above questions, its not the concentration issue. You just need to align your work with your interests.

I cannt read RV's post though i so want to read them...........:(
Hope Gs will assign some one to summarize her posts.........:D
Maybe the pondering over it is causing more problems.
and that’s solving one problem with another :halo:
How ?
Though mine is not related to reading only but some tips would be helpful.
Multi taskign could be a part of the solution and very workable but my lack of concentration persists even when I’m not multitasking. I literally sit in a room alone (no wifi / no tv /no distractions) everyday for about 40minutes, nothing to do & I try to read but thats not working either.
Usually I don’t find them funny. Moreover its a task to sit and watch a movie for so long.I only watch movies with cousins when I have no other option & I usually end up sleeping halfway through
