From Concentrate or NOT from Concentrate
What do they mean?!?

"from concentrate" means that the juice has been processed in a manner in which first all the water has been drained out of the fruit so that only a concentrate remains and then the juice is made out of that. "not from concentrate" is when the whole fruit along with its naturally occuring water is added to the juice. sorta.

Not from concentrate means that it’s juice as squeezed out from the fruit.
From concentrate means that during processing water has been removed from the juice. When re-hydrated it is usually done at a concentration higher than found in nature.
This means that juices made from concentrate taste more “fruity” than natural fruity juice since they have proportionately less water and more flavour.

as maddy said. flavorwise the "from concentrate" is better
healthwise it would seem that the more natural and less processed a product, the better, so go for not from concentrate....

as Mahru says not from concentrate is better
if you take an orrange and squeeze it the juice is natural
if you take the jiuce of anotehr orange and then process it so the water is taken out and then you put the remaining residue in a cup and add teh amount of water you took away ...youll find that the flavour is slightly diffent
now it doesnt really taste that bad but I find that the natural product without the processing tastes better

usually NOT FROM CONCENTRATE are a little more expensive than the concentrate ones.
