What you refer to as buzdilness is actually called the use of the brain. 
Ever heard of GHB? I will administer a generous amount of GHB to your body through your samich. You die. A few hours later, not a trace of GHB will be detectable in your body. GHB metabolises very quickly, you see. No trace = no evidence = barbie gets away with putting shak to sleep forever.
