True story:
My friend who is just starting to use computers asked me if she could get a virus from her husband’s laptop. For a moment I thought I missed something so I asked her to repeat her question.
“My husband’s laptop has a virus. Can this be transferred to me if I am using the computer?”
So I told her, yes. That she should wash her hands with soap and water, then use a hand sanitizer.

Well, i was on the phone the other day guiding someone (not naming any names) thru solving an issue. I told them to put i the username “administrator” and the password is blank. After half an hour of not getting anywhere i figured out that she was typing in “b-l-a-n-k” as the password

One day i got a call from one of the accountant that he cant receive his emails, at that time, we had some issues with the exchange server, and we where working on it. This guy was a known freak, even after resolving the server issue he wanted me to check his computer. When i logged into his computer, i saw a snake picture, a small picture tiled as his desktop wallpaper. I hate the desktop clutter, the first thing i did, changed his wallpaper to be a plain one, and then opened the Outlook, did the usual send/receive. It worked, cause we already solved the server issue, but he wanted an explanation from me. So i told him that the snake was the problem, and that snake ate all his previous mails as well. To my surprise, he believed it, as he was a arabic speaking guy, he called my arab colleague to confirm it. After that day, he treated computers differently and never put a snake picture anywhere near to his computer.

Umm virus is not alive so dun know where to start about the lameness of the joke.
