The only way Kashmir can solved is when Pakistani military boots are on the ground in Srinagar. Even at that point, it would be our responsibility to conduct a plebiscite.

Do you really think that will ever happen. Come on, be realistic. And these patakhes in Pune or Jaipur or anywhere else don't help the cause of the Kashmiris either.
