Everyone likes compliments but imp part, compliments k baad ka response hai
Agr tou compliment k baad aap extra ‘phool’ chuke hain aur zameen pe nae rhey, tou samjh lein aap shikar ho gye
Agr aap ne compliment se buttering nikal li hai or over react nae kiya hai tou samjhdar hain

I am not a fan of mock humility where someone knows they are good and also they make an effort to be acknowledged but when you give them a compliment they say oh no I am not deserving of the compliment. Please accept the compliment graciously and thank the person giving you the compliment.
