Re: Complicated Halala Situation
hey gudiaali, did you read my post with quotes from the Quran?
^ Remarkable how no one want's to pay attention to what the Quran says. Lets all just believe in what "some" Muftis say.
These people have made a mockery out of the Quran, the institution of marriage and divorce.

What are the updates OP?
Re: Complicated Halala Situation
I think this was more of a imaginary situation !!!
Re: Complicated Halala Situation
Looks like a made up story.Firstly, people don't do Halala any more, Now they are aware that non-hanafi Fiqhs, dont consider 3 talaqa at one time as 3, rather as 1, and they can just have another Nikha without need for halala.Second, even if anyone does it, its for 1 night only, not for weeks.

i do not want to comment more on this aspect because i have limited knowledge regarding this, however my point is that as it is allowed in Hanafi fikh then you cant say it is haram. coming froma sunni family i have always been taught that all four imams have differing views on certain things but none of them is incorrect. its a matter of choice if you going by a fikh of certain imam then you follow all things according to that fikh.

New husband is proceeding with divorce and she will go back to her husband. A member asked how come it wasn't one night and why was the agreement for up to 2 to 3 weeks. The answer to this question is that new husband lives in Canada and woman and her ex husband are from UK.
Re: Complicated Halala Situation
^ Will they have goodbye sex before she leaves for her 1st husband?
Re: Complicated Halala Situation
So who’s the martyr? The woman? For sacrificing her ‘everything’ in order to get back with her husband. Just so happened she was having better orgasms sleeping with the friend.

^Neither. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone sacrificed anything here. The woman is equally responsible and just as morally questionable as the husband and the friend. In my opinion, all parties involved in the mess have rather questionable ethics, to put it nicely.
Re: Complicated Halala Situation
I'd love to vomit on the new husband's face! $%#$# .
why on earth would he consummate the "marriage" if he had no intention on staying with her?!
Where was new husband ghairaat at the time of consummate??? Now he want to leave her becoz he has used her. I hate such category.
Thats exactly what she wanted from him: To "use" her and and leave.
Cant understand your irrational hate for him
