amaya - you should try to clip your nails, trim your cuticles, use lotion on your hands and feet and try to exfoliate dry cracked heels.

I am not aware of brands in Pak so cannot guide you with lotions.
You can exfoliate using sugar, lemon juice and honey.
You can also put lotion on overnight and cover your hands with gloves.

Exfoliate using a good scrub and while your skin is still damp, apply a moisturizer/hand-cream-body butter. Cocoa butter really softens skin, so does Vaseline! Please don't use anything called a 'polisher' anywhere on your body! It's a strong bleach mixed with hydrogen peroxide and does more harm than good.

After shower, put lotion on feet and put on some socks. Any moisturising lotion will do. Put on quite a generous amount for it to sink in and soften skin!
