Mashallah pulao is looking beautiful, Decent... waise I have got one question .. pulao us usually brown .. how come you have managed to give it the biryani like touch? or it is just looking like that in the picture ?

Its not a yakhni pulaoo in the sense that rice are not boiled in Yakhni (see white boiled rice). Yakhni is a bit dense in this and rice are layered over Yakhni (or just pour yakhni over white rice before simmering) and then mixed in the end just like pulaoo

I think its pulaw biryani that he made.. My mom makes this with shan ka pulaw biryani masala.
