you should do a google on how many auto, IT, electronic, science & research, biomedical companies have set up significant presence in India outside of Karnatak. Then come back here to discuss.
Search on Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh....etc.
If your point is that not all parts of India can be claimed as improved as Karnataka, AP, Tamil Nadu & Gujarat, that is correct. But if you claim there is no significant development then you're completely offbase
