One should not compare apples with oranges, niether day can be compared with night.
Ex-CJ Sajjad Ali Shah (SAS) couldn't benefit common man.
whereas, CJ Iftaykhaar Ch. (Ch), gave relief to common men, and i guess no body can deny that.

SAS, in a person never stood hi ground, he never vowed for his right
Ch, on the other hand stood hi ground and decided to face the situation.

if Ch had resigned as demanded by Gen. MUSH then, the situation might have been the same.

Allah and People only stand for them who fight for them selves.

while talking abotu Cheif justices lets compare one more situation

Gen. Karamat and Gen Mush,

When Nawaz Shreef Called upon Gen. Karamat hi resgined, and none of the army men where with him, on the other hand when Nawaz tried to get rid of Mush, mush took a stand and the whole army was with him...

despite to above facts, i believe there are bar-councils in Sindh as well, why didn't they offered any resistance when SAS was removed!!!

In conclusion i can say that, if u stand up for ur right, awam will join u, but if u won't they are least bothered

For all practical purposes dear, he is treated as a person from Balochistan. He is not a Balochi but a Balochistani. And a proud one at that.

I’m fighting to save third pillar

ISLAMABAD—Chief Justice Thursday said he was fighting to restore judiciary’s honour and would continue to do it without fear of life or any personal loss.
“My struggle is not for politics,” Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry told TheNation Thursday. “I’m fighting this battle for the independence of the third pillar.”
“I had an easy way out by resigning. But I decided to protect the respect of the judiciary and my personal honour,” he said. “How would I face my fellow judges, the lawyers’ community and my children? They all look up to me. Had I caved in, they would say that I talked a lot but when the time came I couldn’t take a stand.”
The Chief Justice said he did not need any security cordon around his house and he would rather want these security officials to be withdrawn. “I’m not afraid of anybody so I don’t need any security. They should remove all these personnel.”
His son, Dr Arsalaan, was also sitting in the drawing room. He is also not allowed to go out along with all other members of the family.
To a question the Chief Justice said he would disclose details of the events very soon.
** The Chief Justice categorically clarified that he had not refused to see anybody. “Clarify it. Please clarify it,” the Chief Justice repeated to stress.
“I’ve not refused to meet anyone. My guests are being stopped by the police and others outside. I’m a Balochistani and a Balochistani never closes his doors to anyone. Not even to his enemies. We settle our scores with the enemies later. But if the enemy drops at our doorstep, Balochistanis are bound to open their doors for them at that time. These are our values.” **
For reconfirmation, the Chief Justice turned towards the former Deputy Speaker Sardar Wazir Ahmed Jogezai, who nodded. Jogezai was part of a group of politicians and lawyers who managed to call on the Chief Justice on Thursday evening.
Sitting in the drawing room of his official residence (which sources claimed is completely bugged), Chief Justice looked very confident and spoke calmly as he talked to his guests who included MNA Khawaja Asif, Senator Sadia Abbassi of PML-N, former Speaker National Assembly Fakhar Imam, Abida Hussain, lawyers Ather Minallah, and Jameel Abbassi.
The group got the permission after waiting at the first barrier in front of Balochistan House for 15 minutes. One journalist, who was not part of the group, also managed to sneak in without permission. Samar Minallah, a social activist and a writer, was first stopped at the barrier and then turned away as her name was not cleared by the people who are in control.
There are three visible barriers from Marriott Hotel to the Chief Justice House. Once you successfully cross these three barriers, there is more security at the house gate which is always locked. After crossing three barriers, and one gate when you enter the premises of Chief Justice’s house, you have to wait for few more minutes so that ‘somebody’ could open the entrance door from inside.
Right in front of the Chief Justice’s house is the Sindh House which is the kind of ‘control room from where the activities around the residence are monitored.
Inside the drawing room, everyone stood in respect as the Chief Justice, wearing a white Kurta Shalwar, entered the room with his son. He gave a warm handshake to everyone, exchanged greetings and spoke in fluent Pushto, Punjabi, Balochi and Urdu. He looked not a bit nervous or under pressure—an evidence of his being a strong-nerved person.
Stoutly-built, the Chief Justice talked in a very clear voice and neither fumbled nor looked for words while talking to his guests and answering their questions. Everyone present registered the Chief Justice was in his element and quite clear about his course of action. He, however, kept his cards close to his chest and did not utter a word that could harm his image as the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
“I go for hiking everyday,” the Chief Justice, whose house is on the foothills of Margallah mountain range, said.
“So it was not a long march,” the Chief Justice said alluding to the sarcastic remarks made by some government officials on Chaudhry’s decision to walk to the Supreme Court building on Tuesday to appear before the Supreme Judicial Council.
“It’s hiking,” the Chief Justice, with a resolve in his voice, said symbolically mentioning the ongoing crisis that has the potential to change the course of country’s history.
The Chief Justice said he did walk to the Supreme Court because his three official cars and his son’s jeep were taken away by a car-lifter. They only returned one official car whose keys have not been given. The jeep of Chief Justice’s son has also been returned but without keys.
He was really happy to receive one newspaper that was allowed in. “I asked for Nawa-i-Waqt as I read it regularly,” the Chief Justice said. The TV cable connection has been restored. He was thankful to the people who pray for him and the lawyers who supported him.
He refused to comment on any issue concerning the case and said he would disclose everything at an appropriate time.

secondly...why balochi common man is against punjab...!!!!!folks...your belovedGeneral is killing Bugti..arresting Baloch youth to ISI cells....and other things ..which i consider right as no one has a right to challenge the supermacy of a state...but is General Punjabi..is PM punjabi...whoever rise..stat blamming Punjab....BB and ZAB when need votes ..then Punjab is good and when KALA Bagh issue that is life-line of not only Punjab but whole Pakistan ..they start playing Sindh-Card....this woman is solely responsible for 5 Rs. per unit electricity of oil and gas power station which killed thousands of people and one of the biggest reason of today's poverty...Your false blame on Punjab will no longer work as today people ae not so foolish !!!!!

This is all pretty stupid ,whatever you wrote....Ya,so one day all Punjabis living in Karachi,would start calling themsleves Sindhis.

Saad sahab... i find it malicious and most hateful thing to bring about such discrimination as Punjabis and Sindhis.....i damn care about such pseudo nationalistic lovers .......i damn care about pices of land as my recognization...if such was the case then Abu jahal and Abu lahab while living in Makkah as prophet(peace be upon him) would be more superior to Bilal of Habsh...Salman of Fars and Sohaib of Rome !!!!!!!

^ I think you are bringing nationalistic issues here...If you are not so nationalistic ,why don't you let Pashtuns in NWFP to join the pashtuns in Afghanistan...What is the purpose of this Durrand line then??So the answer is...... it is not the question of being Punjabi/Pathan/Sindhi/Muhajir etc ...It is the question of how much space Punjabis etc are willing to provide to others ,so that the others can breathe easily too...You guys just want ...Chit bhee meri ,tey patt bhee mera..
