condo halls are always a good option- they’re cheap and usually done up very nicely. do you know anyone who lives in a condo and might be able to arrange the rental of the hall for you?

Now that I think about it, I don’tknow anyone living in a cando. Maybe a friend of a friend or something? That sounds a lot better then a community centre, because I once attended a birthday party in a condo party room and it was quite nice.
