Getting a good feeling for today's game. I believe one of the big 2 - Tendulkar or Sehwag will click today. Key is to get rid of their Sehwag - Warner, and let Wade and Forrest score centuries. Dont want Clarke and the dangerous Husseys to get much of a chance, especially the Husseys.

217 for 7 43.1 overs McKay just out.
Warner as feared played well. Husseys were dangerous as expectded. Mike run out 10, David 54 runs. David Hussey given not out when he blocked throw with hand - went on to score aby 25 runs more.

They made 19 between them.

Tendulkar was robbed. Brett Lee bowling over the wicket, went against his normal follow through and blocked Tendulkar - else he would have been safe. There was no reason for Lee to be where he was. Sachin was going great guns.
But India should win this easily.

Looks like it was around the wicket - still he obstructed Tendulkar

Over for India
Re: Commonwealth Bank Series, 10th Match: Australia v India at Sydney, Feb 26, 2012
Dhoni has been overrated as a batsman. Last time he slowed down too much put pressure on others who got out - and he squeaked oin a victory. This time, he has about 13 off 46 balls! And was out lbw to a ball just nipping the bails. His strategy backfired. Hard to understand why singles are so hard to come by. And his decision to bring Pathan in at #9 was pathetic.
Anyway, Hussey not being given run out, Tendulkar being given run out, and Dhoni's close lbw - all did not help.
CHristian's fielding was putstanding - stopped abt 4 4s.
I am relieved ordeal is over.

Forgot abt the Hilhenhaus catch to dismiss Sehwag caught and bowled - one of the best I have seen. Picked it up inches off the ground. And to show it was not a fluke, he almost repeated that with another near C&B of Jadeja which was even tougher.
Sehwags dismissal reminded me of siddle taking a scorcher to dismiss him C&B in a Test. In a game of inches and instant reaction, the Aussies were always ahead, doing more than what it took.
Gambhir conceding a boundary due to not using both hands was symbolic of the difference in profesionalism between the two sides.
