I make a distinction between a person of no faith from a disbeliever, in that the person of no faith may not have yet been exposed to concepts which would inculcate in him to ask the question of faith. However, the disbeliever is the one who REJECTS belief when it has been presented to him in a way that would be compelling and convincing.

well said. in other words, rejection of a belief even if it makes sense.
