Because all Muslim recite Quran and even then we can find many Muslims who are Liars, fraud, traitors, Iman-Faroosh, killers, and so on. So, reciting Quran is no criteria for reliance.

Actually, according to one of many similar hadith, Prophet (SAW) mentioned about a group who would emerge during last days, who would recite Quran and pray Salaat excessively, still they would leave Islam just like arrow leaves its kill without any trace, and hadith adds that Prophet (SAW) said, that if he were alive then he would stage jihad against them and kill them.

So, recitation of Quran does not in itself determine that person is reliable ... and that we can see from all claims by bearded reciters who were lying all along that many girls got killed ... Allah kee lanaat on Liars who Lie to accuse others who is innocent.

Was Musharraf present on site and knew everything to know if any women died there or not?

Obviously, he must be knowing that a body of old woman who was mother of Lal-Masjid Shaitan was there, and these Liars were claiming that she died due to operation, so Musharraf may have said that this woman was there. But obviously, when investigation happened, not by Musharraf team but team of judges under Iftikhar Chaudhary appointed judge, who is also judge of Shariat court, then no doubt left that there was no woman and the old woman was already dead at the time of operation.

Well, we all know that Allah send Lanat on those who lie to accuse others or do injustice on others... and in case of Lal Building operation we know who were lying to accuse whom ... so we can only hope and pray that 'Lanat' be on those who were liars in Lal-Building case... that is, there should be Lanat of Allah on 'Liars in politics', 'liars in journalism', 'liars amongst theekadar-of-Islam', anyone who were lying without any confirm proof still claiming that they are certain, and so on.

You are the same guy who said the same thing about attack on Qasba colony in 80s. Didn’t you say that you were living there when it happened? And didn’t you say there were hardly more than 20 people killed?
And didn’t I then showed newspaper headlines from that time clearly showing that there were more than 150 people killed?

I don’t understand whether you lie deliberately or are just total ignorant of your surroundings, sitting in a basement, making things up.
