Everyone is talking here whatever agenda suits them. Ex Generals have warned bloody civilians. He is criminal for violating constitution. That is the biggest charge against him. Rests are peanunts. IK is also part of NRO as he supported Mush in violating the constitution.

Ex Generals are right in what they are saying. Everyone is trying to make a scapegoat out of Musharraf over a piece of paper called the constitution of Pakistan, which is trampled on by the civilian governments 100 times every single day. And essentially, going against the constitution is treason, so all civilian rulers should be hanged to death.

According to the constitution,

166. Borrowing by Federal Government.
     The executive authority of the Federation extends to borrowing upon the security of the Federal Consolidated Fund within such limits, if any, as may from time to time be fixed by Act of [155A] [Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)], and to the giving of guarantees within such limits, if any, as may be so fixed.
167. Borrowing by Provincial Government.
     (1) Subject to the provisions of this Article, the executive authority of a Province extends to borrowing upon the security of the Provincial Consolidated Fund within such limits, if any, as may from time to time be fixed by Act of the Provincial Assembly, and to the giving of guarantees within such limits, if any, as may be so fixed.

The federal and provincial governments have borrowed beyond their limits so many times during this tenure that pigs have started flying. And regarding Imran’s referendum vote on Musharraf, please find another hobby.
