The commercial property market in UK has been very bouyant over the last few years. Annual returns of around 11% to 15% have been achieved over the last few years. Anyone who has some spare cash could think of investing in this market.

Any particular areas in the UK? Like london or something? Also do you have the equivalent of REITs in the UK (sorta shares in real estate).

It is mostly in South of England and Midlands. The average however is for the whole of UK.
There are no such equivalents of REIT's here but there are companies listed on the stock exchange which deal purely in commercial property. Kind of REIT. The best known is Land securities.
Commercial and other properties are mainly dealt through Unit trust funds and Invetment trust which are equivalent of your mutual funds.
