Reha, what pencil eyeliner will you recommend me, it must be water proof though?
So far...pencil eyeliners that are completely waterproof do not exist! LOL. I have used quite a few including the YSL one but they all budge. Are you looking for something for your waterline?

I do not have pigmentation anymore...but when I get acne and need to cover it I use the good old Kryolan concealer wheels. I will post a review on them as well.

These pens have been getting a lot of positive attention lately and upon trying them…I think I agree!
Black Noir is what I have and its ridiculously smooth as well as budge proof! I have YSL’s supposed waterproof liner and this is by farrrrrr…superior!

i just slighlt run a cotton bud on my water line and use maybelling master drama kohl pencil and seal it with black powder u need a little amount ..Work Wonders

Not sure if this thread is still active…but reha what did you use to remove pigmentation? And was this pigmentation caused by acne scarring? Any recommendations? Thanks
