AST skincare can be found at dermstore.com…it usually costs around $45 and most of the time they allow free shipping. I get all of my skincare there.
You should start with a Level 3 if you’re beginning your anti aging regimen now. If you’ve never used retinol products before, you will experience a period of some flaking of the skin (*maybe *a slight purge…again maybe). If that happens, you cannot play with your face, pull skin off or pop pimples. You will have to be diligent with sunscreen (at least an SPF of 50) and stop using any exfoliating products as well.
