Comments on Sunni Women

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Lets focus on the topic that we are discussing, i.e. you alleged that Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (AS) had that sort of views for Sunni women, it turned out to be false. Detailed reply was given. I did not see any comments on that after the reply was posted. I would really like to see someone write “We apologies for the false allegation, we will not bring up any such baseless accusations in the future”. Does anyone here has guts to admit that they were wrong? Do you not think that it hurts me when someone spews such lies and utter garbage against this pious and truthful person I love so much? A small time mullah needs to be respected so much, yet it is “ok” to tell lies and false allegations about Imam Mahdi (AS)?

Code_red, AQ posted a link from an anti-Ahmadi website - published by an irshad group. I just posted an article (http://www.thepersecution.org/nr/chinioti.html) exposing the founder of that group, and showed how that organization is negative, hateful and un-credible. Where did I go off topic? I really do not want to make your job any harder than it already is, so I will not make big fuss over it.

Re: abusive language, did you notice what kind of garbage and what kind of filthy language is used against Ahmadis and Imam Mahdi (AS) on this forum? Do you guys close your eyes then, or does that sooths your eyes?

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Thank you trooper. Well said and hopefully it should be well understood also.

Now because mullahs are being said wrong, its hurting guppies, but when you (guppies)degrade Mirza sahib, then its all fine and dandy. Talk about double standards here. Be careful with what you say because it can one day bite at you.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

If thse comments made by Mirza Sahib were true (which I highly doubt), don't you think that Sunni Pakistanis will butcher all Ahmadiya people of Pakistan? They kill Shias for spelling Islam with two aa's, calling their women whores is just going too far. In my opinion.

Allah knows best.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Kaleem :- how easily you are forgetting how many non-ahmadis curse and swear at Mirza sahib more than often. Why is that name calling and cursing so easily considered okay ? Why are those hurtful remarks not shunned down by others ? I find that very interesting.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

No religion in the world and of all the least would Islam ever call women whores. If you are educated and a logical thinker, you will agree that this is a sick and low kind of behaviour. Hence, why would ahmadiyaat do that ? You attract people to Islam by telling them they are whores ? Give me a break..

What other accusatory remarks are there ? Keep laying them on because this is how you will learn right from wrong.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Diva ji, those commenst are wrong as well, but for you to put a blanket statement over all “Mullahs” as you put it …and call them jerks, really shows that you are into generalizations. I dont know what you call learned scholars in Ahmadi sect, but I am sure it is not jerks.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Piyaari, u have been in a completely wrong path...there was no such things that Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad AS Promissed Massiah said about sunni women ( not that i know ) i can tell u that becuz im Ahmadi myself.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

BTW we prefer ourselves to be called as Ahmadi Muslims. ( If u dun wanna be polite.. go ahead with that qadiani phrase )

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Diva and trooper....Chak do phatttte !!!!...... way to go guys !!

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Okay Kaleem..lets put it this way, all the mullahs I have seen have been making wrong remarks in regards to what I as a muslim know and believe is to be right.
Does that help ease the tension ?

Anyways, lets not drift away from the topic here…

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

well as a ahmadi ....im also kinda confused...Howcome Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad AS called all SUNNI WOMEN whores and those disgusted words???....this cant be true... if u have the scripts where Hazrat Mirza AS wrote them( also give the reference, from which book of his u got it from) let me know please..

as far as i think he never said anything bad to anybody.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Surely, men who submit themselves to GOD and women who submit themselves to HIM, and believing men and believing women, and obedient men and obedient women, and truthful men and truthful women, and men steadfast in their faith and steadfast women, and men who are humble and women who are humble, and men who give alms and women who give alms, and men who fast and women who fast, and men who guard their chastity and women who guard their chastity and men who remember ALLAH much and women who remember HIM - ALLAH has prepared for all of them forgiveness and a great reward (33:36)

This verse makes it clear that Muslim women stand on the same level with Muslim men and that they can attain to all those spiritual heights to which men can attain. At several places in the Quran, believing men and believing women are addressed in the same language and are made equally subject to the same commandments and entitled to the same rights and privileges. Only their duties are different because their spheres of activity are different.
When the Quran speaks about the souls of human beings, it does not differentiate between man and woman.

This is what ahmadiyyat say about Women.... Im sure u wont disagree with that

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

I think the point to be registered here is mirza Gulam Ahmed has a lot of shady things written in his litrature ,the kind of languagae we cannot associate with someone who is "pious' therefore talkin about filth will not benefit us in any way. He is not a prophet which can be proved in numerous ways, all his works reflect him and we should abstain from talkin about this kind of junk, which can make people emotionally charged up.

Let the Quran and sunnah be our guide ..........

Regards

Hamim

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

I would love to hear the numerous ways how u can proove he wasnt prophet, Massiah ?

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

No one is allowed to insult of mock the religious figures of any religion.

All religious personalities are respectable, offensive language can not be tolerated for any sacred personality as per rules of this forum.

Trooper- I think some people of the same school of thought as yours, are still confused, If you wish to convince them, then do so. otherwise this thread is going to be closed in some time.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

wow. so many irrelevant replies. Can't contribute? Leave then.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Nobody here is confused. Thank you. The thread was started with wrong information in regards to the treatment of women in islam and with related queries and the information has been corrected from the ahmadi muslim perspective. There needs to be no further discussion on this particular topic.
PyariCgudia wanted to hear it from the ahmadi perspective and now she knows better…hopefully.

If the topic needs to be closed at this point, then so be it. The answers have already been given to the particular question.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Trooper, the "evidence" you provided is not enough.

I'm waiting for some screen shot or scanned photo to be put up here. If you can find the arabic version that does not have that statement, then scan it and put it up as well. I hope you have a copy around, as you seem to be an ahmedi yourself. If not, then well, find one somehow.

I'm living in the states, so I wont be able to pick up a copy from Pakistan anytimes soon.

Anyone yet answer the question of where the original book is?

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

oh and yes, I see that you've put up the link with the writing in them, etc.

I still don't buy into it.

Logic:

If you accuse some sunni mullah of distorting the words of Mirza and copies of wrong translations are going around in Urdu in Pakistan, then there is no reason for me to believe that the website has the right translation either.

I need to see an actual book, or a scan-shot of the page.

That's why I only asked for the publisher information, etc.

Re: Comments on Sunni Women

Where in the states are you ? With that much interest in this topic…you should go to your nearest Ahmadiyya Mosque and pick a copy and read it yourself. I am sure they will be happy to provide you with a “real” and valid copy with publisher details and all. While you are at it, ask them to translate it for you, so that you can compare what the mullahs have said vs. what it actually says and means..
