where u mention cook the meat??wat r we meant to cook it in..water ?? oil.. sori bt im a learner:D iv not actually cooked gosht yet so i aint got a clue
This particular recipe does not require adding a whole lot of water. Only add a little water (towards the middle) if meat seems to be having trouble tenderizing.
