just felt like reminiscing…the first dish i ever made… took me 4 hours

i believe it is squash. i think they all taste a little different so if you're not looking for a specific taste, then you could substitute one for another.

This particular recipe does not require adding a whole lot of water. Only add a little water (towards the middle) if meat seems to be having trouble tenderizing.

umm.. girls where to post the recipe? lol i'm lost!

i made **Black Forest Delight by Shumaisa **last week, i made four portions and it was well received lol, however it didnt look as impressive as Shumaisa’s, annnnnd cos i was guessing how much icing sugar to put in and how much chocolate to melt etc, i only just managed to make four portions lol. anyway it was nice  thankyou shumaisa! and here are some pics of mine (remember it doesnt look as impressive:biggthumb)

other option for candi biscuits?

Re: Desserts

^ graham crackers, i'm guessing. also it helps to add a bit of melted butter to the cookies as it helps to press them better into the pan and stay firm instead of being all dry and crumbly.

Re: Desserts

and what abt digestive biscuits?

Re: Comments from RECIPES

Shumaisa - do you by any chance have the quantites for the ingrediants used in the Gajar ka Halwa? if you could post them that would be great!! Thanks!
