You can have as many IP on your machine , but these are the one that represent your identity over the Internet . So every request made will send your one IP over TCP and will get the response back on the same IP .
In more simple words each request is one to one , but same like you can talk to more than one person at a time , but you can always have one mouth , similarly you can only carry one IP for each specific request .
Just to remind that modern networking is based on same old telephony system , though with new concept of shortest path .
