Review of Colours

I alike to most of you guys here live aboard, and depend on home vendors for clothes. I have dealt with Cyma and Protype in the past and now Smarffy but have had no issues, it was a breeze.
I was in need of some casual clothes; I saw a page on face book under the name of colours and was instantly impressed it was regularly updated with stitching examples and the latest collections. I was very impressed and placed an order in April.
I was told it will take 10 days to complete the stitching order, I received all my clothes slightly late but received them all. They were stitched very nicely.
But when I ordered for the second time, I was in for a treat!
I ordered a set of Sana Samia, 16 suits and asked for some of them to be delivered unstitshcted and the rest as stitched. I ordered other suits also. These were all needed in time for Eid.
However just a week away from eid after constantly asking for updates I received a parcel with many missing suits, after tracing this up I was told skynet had missed the items, However I did receive the stated amount of suits which were on the shipping receipt and they only send what they have been given!- I then received another parcel just a 2-3 days before eid but with missing suits yet again.
When I enquired about them yet again I was told they were out of stock and couldn’t be stitched, (After being told numeral times that they were sent! ) I was not notified of this earlier to make arrangements but just ignored- some of us didn’t have clothes for Eid as it was too late- I was told I would be refunded for the missing suits initially but never did as many excuses were made to recoup the money! I was told more suits were sent to me than those received and also those stated on sky net receipts- overall it was a nightmare and I didn’t even want to respond anymore!
Samrah has to be the rudest and ignorant person I have dealt with in my life. I was literally ignored reputedly for days when I asked for updates with such close deadlines, and made to feel like an idiot. I was lied to on several occasions (skynet receipts, the amount of clothes she sent), and have lost money from this- not a great amount thanks God, but she is not upfront with her calculations. She makes up her own calculations adding stitching of clothes I did not even receive! And when you ask for an explanation you are told she won’t accept anymore orders from me!
Overall- Mishaps happen and I am a very understanding person but ran out of patience with Colours. I guess they don’t believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I WOULD NOT recommend Colours to anyone; they are not trustworthy and very very rude, you will pay more and get less!
