Colours For These Outfits

Hey girls! Can you please suggest some color options for these two outfits? Pastels don’t look very good one me and I have worn white so much that I am a little tired of white. Can you suggest other tones? Jewel tones match my skin best, but I really wasn’t sure how things would look on these two particular outfits. For wedding functions.

Hot pink/magenta or that emma stone green for this one?? Not sure..

Re: Colours For These Outfits

Well the Sania Maskatiya outfits main attraction is the colourful resham work, so you need a light/pastel background for that to be effective.
Faraz Manan is all about elegance hence most of the designs are ivory, golden beige, pale pink etc.
It all depends on whether you want to retain the look/feel of the original outfits or not.

Re: Colours For These Outfits

For first outfit, in darker shades I’ll suggest dark purple with dull gold light shades embroidery. (lemon yellow, pink, sky blue, pistachio green)

I’m yet to see faraz manan’s dresses replicated in other colors and still looking elegant. It’s mainly the color choice that make them stand out. If I were to do this in darker shades though, I’ll go with any dark base color with same color embroidery but a few tones lighter. Navy blue with light blue or royal blue with sky blue.

Both the shades from the same family because I love all the shades of Lavender <3

This is also a lovely shade.

Re: Colours For These Outfits

Thank you so much girls! This helps! I am thinking of sticking with the original colors. I am also obsessed with this green shade though from the Oscars, but might have to find another outfit to redo it on, these might not be the best options.
