I must agree with you tammy, I am really liking the peachy pink/gold combo look. I'd like to wear either peach or gold on my walima, or maybe even a mix of the two colours! I think its a colour that compliments tanned skin very well.
Some other combos that I have seen other brides and really liked are:-
Red and a little bit of emerald green.
Cream and red
Purple with turquoise blue and shocking pink
Blue, pink and a yellowy gold

Some Indian movies Ive seen have shown new combinations of colors...things I would have never thought of:
Rust colored shalwar, royal blue shirt with dark green dupatta - it sounds different but seeing it put together with the right type of gold kaam was just really nice. The colors were so vibrant!
