I am thinking of coloring the cookie dough to make colorful cookies … has anyone got any experience in that .. any tips to share ?

I made them … looked good , I forgot to add enough sugar in them though

Have you ever had Italian “Rainbow cookies”? They’re tri-colored and they are just so absolutely yummy.
