i probably WILL wear colored contacts on my wedding. i've had incidences where my clear contacts have gotten stuck to my eye and i almost really hurt my eye by trying to pull it off. so unless i get laser eye surgery by my wedding, which i will hopefully, i'll be wearing colored contacts. it does look really fake sometimes, but some people can pull them off. hopefully i'll be one of those few.
