Will be doing an Eid party for a large bunch of people. Please could you give me ideas for color scheme and any decorating tips for round tables…
Any suggestions for appetizers?

what color scheme or any idea that you have?
you can do a fall theme -- keep decor and food centered around orange, yellow, green, brown hues.. i love fall colors, so rich... gold tablecloth with orange flowers always looks beautiful
we did an eid party last year for 300 people... our theme was damask- everything was black, white, pink accents.. round tables with white satin tablecloth, covered in black lace over lay, with round hat boxes that were painted in black/white/pink colors- on top of that went wine glasses with a pink light and a damask print lantern cover... on each place setting we had made about 400 cake pops in colors to match the theme and set it on each plate... we had a candy buffet table which matched the theme as well....
- food wise it was traditional desi food

ooo you are really doing a formal party I guess!!!! Cant say anything about decore because i never focus on that very much. Appetizers can be garlic bread, potato wedges, as it would be winter season so soup can be used too. You can also try fish bites and french fries but it would be baqra eid so you can try meat balls. Best of luck.

awwhh… thanks for the compliment.. it’s just for fun, family or community events… other than that i try too not be in the ‘limelight’ too much… My hard drive is currently not working (the stress that is causing is unbelievable!), but the only images i have on hand are of the candy buffet.. here they are
