I dont like color badges at all. I cant see page consistency. Threads are looking gola ganda.

Can you revert it to back as it used to be?

I suggest you change the colors to something more symbolic.

color coded badges don't tell the number of posts one has...i think adding a **'STAR' ***will be a good idea. :)*

Yes it does. We also have only 1 female staff now. So I see an actual woman maybe once every three days on average.

Yes it is. Makes you wish for a goat to keep you warm :D

I am down south. So my winters are pretty nice. 10 to 15 degrees. If the sun is out it can be higher.
